Cultural Awareness Training
Stonecrab delivers Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural awareness training for Australian workplaces, designed to build genuine understanding — not just tick a compliance box. Our sessions are facilitated by First Nations educators and grounded in lived cultural experience, giving your staff a foundation of knowledge and confidence they can carry into every interaction with First Nations colleagues, clients and communities.
Cultural awareness training is often treated as a one-off event with a completion certificate at the end. We design our sessions differently — building real understanding of history, culture and current context, and translating that into practical skills for everyday engagement. Participants leave with more than facts; they leave with the confidence to engage respectfully and the humility to keep learning.
